Hatest Grits was recorded in early 2016 at Electrodeath Records in Los Angeles, CA. The album is comprised of 7 tracks spanning the band's first 7 years. Hatest Grits was engineered and mixed by singer and guitarist Wesley Richards, recorded straight through in front of a small audience at the ED Rex home studios with Stephen Richards on keyboards and bass, and Ray Martinez on drums.
